2. Legal bases
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the supplementary Spanish data protection provisions, in particular Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Processing inquiries aimed at initiating or performing a contract.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: technically secure and stable operation of the website, detection of misuse and attacks, and general business communication, provided no overriding interests of the data subject oppose this.
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: Compliance with statutory retention, tax or documentation obligations where applicable.
3. Website access / server log files
When the website is accessed, the web server may process technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser and device information and technical status data. Processing serves website delivery, system security and error analysis.
Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis and is then deleted or anonymized, unless legal obligations or specific security incidents require longer retention.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter, in particular name, company, telephone number, email address, details about an existing website or domain, preferred phone contact time, selected package and your message. For social media inquiries, selected platforms and details or links to existing profiles may also be processed. For recruiting inquiries, details about the position to be filled, number of vacancies and region or work area may also be processed. For lead generation inquiries, details about the offer to be marketed, target area, planned advertising budget and existing websites or landing pages may also be processed. The data is used solely to process your inquiry, contact you, potentially initiate a contract and send an automatic receipt confirmation to the email address you provided.
The form does not use consent as the legal basis for processing the inquiry itself. The mandatory confirmation documents that you have read and acknowledged this privacy policy. For processing a specific inquiry, we rely in particular on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If no contract is concluded, pure inquiry data is generally deleted after no more than six months unless further correspondence, legal defense or statutory retention obligations require longer storage. If a contract is concluded, statutory commercial and tax retention obligations apply.
5. Email and telephone
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the transmitted contact data and communication content to handle your request. Depending on the content, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
6. Hosting, email and processors
Hostinger is used for hosting and email. According to the currently published Hostinger terms, the contracting party for EU customers is generally Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hostinger processes technically necessary data to provide website and email services within the agreed services and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Personal data is transmitted to service providers only where necessary for hosting, email, IT operations, security or maintenance. Other recipients are considered only where legally required, necessary for contract performance or expressly requested by you.
7. Processing locations and third-country transfers
Hostinger states that personal data may be processed, among other places, in Cyprus, Lithuania, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom and, where necessary for the service, in other jurisdictions. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable statutory transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be observed.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The current KonzeptIQ website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies that require consent. Details can be found in the Cookie-Hinweisen.
9. No automated decision-making
No solely automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place on this website.
10. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

The website is intended to be provided exclusively via encrypted HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access.

We update this privacy policy when functions, service providers used or the legal situation change.
